George Soros’ Solution

Amidst all this mess, with Buffett investing in Goldman, it was about time that George Soros came up with something.

Soros proposes that a better use of government (read taxpayer) funds would be to recapitalize the American banking and financial system by purchasing equity. Of course, he is not the first person to propose this.

One step away from socialism and all that. Then again, given his political views, I wouldn’t expect anything different from Mr. Soros.
