Milorad: I suspect it might have something to do with _immediate_ volatility; the USD depreciated by about 6%-ish against the Euro since August. I don't know how fast fees are paid in the modelling industry, but if there's a two-month lag between negotiations and getting paid (which seems reasonable), then you've already lost 6%. Unless they hand over briefcases of cash or something, it would just be a matter of asking for a magic number. Anyway, she's not the one you want.
