More HDR: Garfield Statue
Here is another attempt at HDR — this is a statue of President James Garfield, the first president from Ohio.

Here is another attempt at HDR — this is a statue of President James Garfield, the first president from Ohio.
He told me that since it is the function of HDR to not limit the colour saturation in an image within 255 (for each of {R,G,B}), it is quite alright if the resulting images looked very bright.
However, at the behest of another friend, I tried artificially decreasing the amount of red and the saturation and gamma. But I realised that I did not quite like the end-result as much as I liked the actual HDR.
So, here are the images. And just for the sake of comparison, I have also provided a sample regular exposure image that was part of the series that I built the HDR out of. Click to view the larger versions.
