I figured I’d give all you fabulous folks some quick updates, and since I’m going to be on vacation starting tomorrow till the end of the week, this would be a great time for all you folks to give me some critical and valuable feedback! 
So, here is what works (and what doesn’t):
- Adventure — Mountaineering is up, at least partially.
- I’ve done significantly more WWR and other stuff, but I’ve not haven’t had the time to put my stuff together yet.
- Archaeology & Linguistics is up.
- However I’m yet to put up the full papers (for some of those, I do not even have the full papers).
- Music (Bruderschaft Revolución) is up, for the most part.
- There are more mp3s and pictures, but they’re not up yet.
- Something of the puzzles and games section is up.
- For the moment, I’ve just put up some ACM ICPC problems.
- Technology — Graphics, AI and Linux are up.
- HCI — Dubbed in English and ArchTech are up, the rest are on their way.
- The Quantum Computing and Superconductivity sections have some content, but I have more to be filled in later.
- The Software Engineering, Downloads and Code sections are all goners. They may come back, but don’t hold your breath on their account.
Secondly, the spamming problem finally got to me. Despite having installed Akismet, my daily spam was in the hundreds.
However, I’ve done something that seems to have temporarily stopped the spammers — I installed a captcha system called Anti Spam Image. So far, it seems to be working quite well. It’s also very easy to install and I’d definitely recommend it. Let’s see how long that lasts.
Thirdly, Dr. Alamandrax has made a spankin’ new logo for my “Home Page Warming Ceremony” (whoa!). Trust him to come up with something like that. Here’s the eye candy for all you folks:
Personally, I think that it rocks. So, that’s about it for now. Well, so long folks. I’m off for my vacation! Party on, dudes (and dudettes too, of course).
